Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Lead and manage all T&C activities for electrical and mechanical systems (HV, MV, LV, MEP). Develop and implement commissioning strategies, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate with design, construction, QA/QC, and vendor teams to ensure readiness for commissioning. Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST). Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, ISO, and local regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during commissioning phases. Organize and lead commissioning meetings, reporting progress and resolving technical issues. Ensure all systems are commissioned safely and efficiently, ready for operational handover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 8 –10 years of experience in testing & commissioning Proven experience in data centers, or mission-critical infrastructure. Strong understanding of electrical protection systems, SCADA, HVAC, and power distribution. Familiarity with Malaysian utility standards (e.g., TNB, ST) and international codes. Proficient in commissioning tools, documentation, and reporting. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
