LotusWorks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Support Administrator to join our team in Goodnight, Texas. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting commissioning activities for our data center projects, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet the required standards. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain commissioning (Cx) software, including issue reporting and open item tracking. Generate and distribute reports, ensuring open issues are delegated to the appropriate Construction Managers (CMs) or owners for resolution. Populate and maintain equipment tags; manage and organize documentation for all project assets. Notify responsible parties of upcoming or pending commissioning steps (e.g., QA/QC, Trades, CxA). Coordinate with the scheduling team and field superintendents to update stakeholders on schedule changes and commissioning timelines. Collaborate with project data analysts to support reporting deliverables and project progress tracking. Ensure accurate, timely communication of commissioning activities to all stakeholders. Support project closeout activities by assisting with documentation, reports, and final issue resolution. Any other duties assigned Skills Required Minimum 2+ years of experience in the construction or engineering sector (data center or mission-critical projects preferred). Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project documentation and reporting systems; prior experience with commissioning software is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments and manage multiple priorities. Education / Licenses / Certifications Bachelors Degree preferred Proof of education and certifications will be required where applicable.
