The Sales Commissions Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate process of calculating of Sales commissions for EMEA both internal sales teams and external partners. This includes creating and updating the commission platforms, working with business partners to obtain crucial data for calculating final commissions. Maintaining, and generating reports for commission processing. Work on inquiries and resolve in a timely manner while providing excellent service to business lines. This position requires an innovative thinker who can interface with multiple functions in an effort to implement procedures and controls and maintain our supporting systems. You will have the ability to logically think through an issue and create a new or enhance an existing process to enhance solutions. The ideal candidate is able to take direction Calculate commissions for multiple business units according to compensation plans and internal policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify accuracy of payments and statements by working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy
• Work with other teams to meet deadlines
• Answer and resolve commission questions and issues from business units
• Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior leadership
• Develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies and reduce risk of error
• Identify improvement opportunities for assigned work stream and work with key stakeholders to enable implementation of improvement opportunities

Key Skills

• Previous experience working in accounts / finance / sales compensation
• Advanced skills in Excel
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of commissions
• Understanding of business needs for analyst availability during commission cycles and payroll timeline
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving, and the ability to diagnose and meet business demands

Desirable Skills

• Working with advanced incentive plans
• Experience using cloud-based compensation tools - Xactly, Anaplan etc. is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal and maintain close working relationships with various internal clients while acting as the liaise between multiple layers of management and departments
