      SUMMARY Bridgepointe is seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst (Partner Integrations) to support the monthly commissions process and help ensure accurate, timely payments for our Equity Partners (EP). In this role, you will analyze agent performance data, assist with new account assignments, complete commission double checks, support audits for bookings, active commissions, base transfers, variances, and RA cases, and serve as a direct contact and subject matter expert for Equity Partners. Bridgepointe’s expert IT Strategists help clients achieve optimal IT results without costly consulting agreements.   JOB DESCRIPTION The Commissions Analyst (Partner Integrations) is responsible for supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and execution of Bridgepointe’s monthly commissions process. This role works closely with internal Operations and Finance teams, suppliers, and Equity Partners to analyze commission activity, validate payment accuracy, support account assignments and audits, and help ensure commission-related inquiries and processes are handled with consistency and care. The Commissions Analyst (Partner Integrations) will be responsible for: * Work in concert with all associated stakeholders to ensure timely payment payment of all commissions * Align with designated Equity Partners from integration through the lifecycle of the partnership to ensure continuity and compliance with all respective SOPs * Assist Commission Analyst III with new account assignments and set up as that EP’s expert * Complete monthly review of details for EP transactions to ensure accuracy * Assist with auditing of EP’s commissions * Assist with identifying and reconciling Booked but not Billed (BBnB) revenue for EP * Review active commissions to ensure active and timely payment (and analyze any variances) from each EP’s closing client list * Handle and process any Revenue Assurance Cases as that EP’s expert * Manage and track base transfers for SL2 EPs * Function as a direct and primary point of contact for EPs * Communication with Suppliers on commission inquiries * Working with spreadsheet / database to: * Configure reconciliation of commissions paid with existing data * Monitor various department e-mail aliases and supplier portals * Perform ad hoc analysis as required    QUALIFICATIONS & PROFICIENCIES * Required: * 3 – 7 years of experience in a Commissions-related role * Strong analytical & auditing skills * Advanced Excel skills required * Comfortable with cyclical nature of finance work * High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Self-directed, ability to prioritize work * Has the ability to work on multiple projects at a time * Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office Suite * Tenacious - never give up!! * Strong communication skills * Bachelor of Science degree or 3+ years relevant job experience * 1+ years of work experience in Telecommunication industries * Preferred: * 2 – 5 years of M&A experience / exposure * Sales Force knowledge and skills preferred * Experience with RPM platforms * NetSuite knowledge and skills preferred * 1+ years of work experience in Telecommunication industries BENEFITS * Company subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Care benefits * HSA Plan * Short-term and Long-term Disability * Company-paid AD&D and Life Insurance * Competitive Pay * 401k plan * Unlimited PTO * Flexible and innovative work environment Bridgepointe Technologies, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
