• DESIGN & IMPLEMENT COMMISSION PLANSWork with business stakeholders in the develop and maintenance commission structures that drive sales performance and align with company objectives.
• MANAGE COMMISSION CALCULATIONSOversee accurate and timely calculation of ISO commissions.
• DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTINGAnalyze performance metrics and commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Driving the improvement of data quality of input and drive accountability with the Operations team. Calculate adjustments associated with incorrect commissions. Continuously improve the commission statements.
• STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATIONWork closely with the ISO Sales and Relationship Management (RM) teams, ISO Partners, Finance and Accounting and IT to enhance, improve accuracy and quality of commission processes. Bridge the gap between back-office calculation and front office - RM and Partners. In partnership with RM team engage with partners to resolve commission discrepancies and issues.
• COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATIONEnsure commission plans comply with legal contracts and internal policies. Maintain clear documentation for audits and reviews.
• DATA AND SYSTEM OVERSIGHT & COMMISSION TOOL ENHANCEMENTManage and improve current commission data inputs and tool. Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity and commission template issues. Drive development of new commission software /tool.
