JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 5 years of Trade Finance operations experience in the Commodities or/with Banking industry (Base Metals/Concentrates/Coal/Iron Ore/Oil)
• Knowledge in UCP 600, ISP98, ISBP
• Able to multi-task, highly organized, keen eye for details and has good interpersonal skills

• Ensure smooth flow of trade finance activities
• Deal with LC amendments, Confirmations, Discounting, Import and export LC
• Ensure LC details match with sales and purchase contracts
• Review contracts and check documentation
• Prepare/review documents for presentation under LC
• Ensure proper warehouse/inventory financing management
• Liaise and negotiate with the banks and counterparties
• Work closely with traders, counterparties and other stakeholders
