Job Description Within the project, your main tasks will include: Manage ECU GMPE Quality: Ensure compliance of electronic components (ECUs) dedicated to engine management and electric propulsion, in line with Stellantis standards and project requirements. Component Industrialization: Participate in the preparation and validation of industrialization processes (e.g., PASG, OD2), in collaboration with plant teams and suppliers. Technical Analysis and Problem Solving: Perform defect analyses (DPVF, EEAD, TRA), propose corrective and preventive solutions, and oversee their implementation. Configuration and Change Management : Monitor hardware (HW) and software (SW) evolutions of ECUs, ensuring traceability and consistency with project requirements (e.g., DOVE review, PLM, ECR). Communication and Coordination : Act as an interface between project teams, plants, suppliers, and validation teams to ensure smooth and compliant industrialization. Training and Skill Development: Contribute to team skill enhancement on specific tools and processes (e.g., DIAGalyser, DOTI, Inca, SPARTE, ENOVIA). Qualifications Master degree in Embedded systems or mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering, or control systems engineering Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in the automotive industry, ideally in similar roles (CQL, supplier quality engineer, EE validation engineer). Proficiency in automotive standards and protocols (UDS, DHS, FDIR, OBD). In-depth knowledge of vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and embedded electronic architecture. Experience in electronic diagnostics and embedded software/calibration (Embedded Software / Configuration). Mastery of diagnostic and analysis tools (DIAGalyser, DOTI, Inca, SIGAPP, SPARTE, ENOVIA). Knowledge of industrialization processes (EEAD, IVVQ, V&V, TRA, PLM). Ability to analyze technical risks and propose corrective action plans. Behavioral Skills: Autonomy and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Rigor, proactivity, and sense of initiative. Excellent technical communication skills (French and English required). Ability to manage priorities and provide progress reporting. Knowledge of Stellantis processes (a plus).
