Joining ALTEN Morocco means becoming part of a high-performance ecosystem and benefiting from: • A personalized and evolving career path • An ambitious skills development policy • A stimulating, collaborative, and meaningful work environment Job Description Within the project, your main tasks will include: Focus on collaborative activities during the assembly of vehicles in the plant Reinforcement of team during the launching phase in the plant Support the assembly of the vehicle in the plant and participation in daily morning/evening vehicle obeyas (failure analysis) Implementation of palliatives/containment actions (drafting, costing, explanation to TRIGO, control if its proper implementation) Participates with the ENG Core Team concerned in the realization of containment actions and/or final solution proposals to fix the Quality issues PPAP grid management Transfer to serial life Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies to successfully contribute to product quality and development within the automotive environment: Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering Minimum of 3 years of automotive experience with knowledge of EE systems in product development, manufacturing, or quality Demonstrated knowledge and application of quality tools, methods, and processes to drive continuous product improvement in the automotive industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure, remain organized, and consistently meet deadlines Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude; ability to lead and collaborate with a global development team Proven ability to present effectively to a global executive team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Contract Type: Permanent Region: Morocco
