From rubber and glass to paper, seed, or fertilizer, the opportunities are wide open. With the backing of our infrastructure, support, and capital, you’ll have the freedom to build a new vertical from the ground up—and the financial upside to match! **This is not a financial or securities trading role (no Series 7 or brokerage licenses required). Our traders build careers through wholesale distribution, supply chain, and entrepreneurial sales across physical products and markets. What You’ll Do: Identify and develop trading opportunities in new product markets outside of traditional lumber, hopefully one that you know! Build and manage supplier and customer relationships Leverage our experienced operations team to scale efficiently Collaborate with a high-performing group of traders while carving out your own niche Bring competitive, entrepreneurial energy to grow a profitable department What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in trading, wholesaling, or sales (any industry/product background welcome) Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of building relationships and spotting opportunities Competitive mindset and strong desire to grow something of your own Comfort in a fast-paced, high-reward environment Self-motivated and resourceful, with a business-builder mentality Have experience as a product rep or in sales but feel like you haven’t been rewarded to your full potential?
