  • Learning the dynamics and ins and outs of B2B selling, negotiations and building relationships for the long term.
  • Learning how to apply your analytical skills to grow business with both existing and new customers.
  • Learn how to market materials for optimal value. Build strong relationship skills to manage after-sale service with customers.
  • Learn how to organize your portfolio and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate prices, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new trading opportunities and expand your portfolio.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and analyze pricing strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites across Canada and the U.S. to strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Science preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
  • A highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical and mathematical skills to assess pricing and market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A valid G driver’s license (required).
  • Fluency in French is an asset.

Why Join Us?

  • A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where your contributions make an impact.
  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus to reward your success.
  • Strong mentorship & career development within our Trader program.
