Job Description Join our team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort as a Common Area Cleaner and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-driven individual to maintain the resort’s shared spaces to the highest standard. Your work ensures guests enjoy a clean, safe, and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. About the Role Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, corridors, pool surrounds, and public facilities Assist with rubbish removal and restocking supplies Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to brand standards Respond to guest requests politely and promptly Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team Qualifications Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A friendly, positive attitude and commitment to guest service Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
