SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related Engineering fields. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience;
• At least 1 year of experience working with IBM DOORS (classic) and IBM DOORS Next Generation requirements management tools;
• Knowledge and at least 3 years of experience applying international standards and best requirements engineering practices, such as: ISO 29148, ISO 25010 and IREB standard.

• Documenting the first version of the common data dictionary and repository configurations for ACT/NCIA requirements information repositories;
• Elaborating and documenting detailed procedures for aligning data dictionaries and repository configurations between ACT and NCIA requirements repositories;
• Defining common requirements engineering terminology to be used by the different actors involved in NATO common funded capability delivery requirements engineering processes.
