Description

The Communication and Brand Strategist plays a vital role in driving OSP’s strategic growth by enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms, recruitment channels, and the broader oral surgery landscape. This role drives cohesive brand execution in collaboration with the executive team, surgeon recruiting, regional directors, marketing specialists, and administrative teams. The Strategist owns both strategy and execution, ensuring every initiative aligns with OSP’s mission, values, and growth goals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experienced with social media management, digital engagement, and SEO best practices.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare or dental/medical marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and coordinating marketing presence at events.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support branding and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, execution, and protection of the OSP brand across all channels and audiences.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies that elevate OSP’s national reputation and support center visibility.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to enhance presence on recruitment platforms and events to attract high-quality talent.
  • Manage internal and external content creation, including social media, LinkedIn, and report engagement.
  • Design and distribute monthly OSP newsletter to the entire workforce.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for SEO, CRM, and website platforms; ensure performance and alignment with goals.
  • Collaborate with field-level marketing specialists and Practice Leaders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance; provide monthly reports on ROI, engagement, and recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the executive team to align strategy and update on key initiatives.
  • Support events, coordinate branding tools for field teams, and lead special projects as assigned.
  • Engage in all required executive calls and strategic planning sessions.
