Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Communication and Engagement Officer, you will be key in crafting and supporting external communication strategies and promotional assets, with a particular focus on engaging the Australian Public Service (APS) Sector. Passionate about reframing the superannuation journey mindset of our customer, you will consider the delivery of end to end engagement from a retention and acquisition standpoint.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:

  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance engagement levels through Employer Sponsored events, while also driving customer retention and acquisition
  • Crafting and delivering promotional campaigns to support business objectives
  • Customising engagement content using the CSC education framework, ensuring it meets employer needs across various formats
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Supporting and enhancing customer engagement initiatives to improve overall experience and satisfaction
  • Preparing reports, papers, briefs, and other documentation, as required
