Kipling provides a comprehensive, student‑centered model that includes extracurricular activities in sports, arts, culture, and technology.   Job Purpose: Support the execution of communication and marketing strategies to strengthen the institutional image, enhance student recruitment and retention, and ensure effective communication with the school community. Carry out creative, operational, and administrative tasks that contribute to the school’s overall positioning.   Responsibilities: Manage institutional communications and social media platforms, ensuring timely and brand‑aligned content. Create and edit graphic materials, photos, and videos for campaigns and events. Support the planning, logistics, and documentation of school events. Maintain organized digital archives and updated records of publications and campaigns. Assist with monthly communication and marketing reports and support crisis communication when needed.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Marketing, or related fields, and B2 English level. At least 1 year of experience in communication, design, customer service, or marketing, including social media management and use of graphic design tools. Strong writing skills, creativity, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and proactivity. Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic photo/video editing. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and institutional communication, plus experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
