A Communications Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting an organization with its target audience. This position involves developing and implementing communication strategies to raise awareness about the organization’s mission, programs, and services. They create and distribute various communication materials, manage social media, build relationships with stakeholders, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the outreach program
• Develop and maintain partnerships with volunteer-based organizations and community groups
• Participate in Partnership Tables in both English and French
• Create, execute and maintain monthly social outreach events and informative workshops schedule.
• Act as a representative for the organization and the English-speaking community at local community events, health facilities and partnerships.
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication plans & strategies
• Ensure the consistency of the organization’s message across different communication channels
• Manage and update the website and ensure regular updating of the organization’s communication channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Promote the organization’s mission, services and activities within the center & out in the community
• Document and disseminate the organization’s results and achievements '
• Develop and implement communication tools to promote awareness of available services and how to access them for the English-speaking community
• Able to conduct in person home visits and communicate with the members of the center.
• Alternating with the activity coordinator to facilitate programs at the Montreal North and Rosemont satellite centers.
