Description

You are the visual bridge connecting product value to user perception. You will work closely with Marketing and Operations to translate abstract AI technical concepts into attractive visual language, responsible for design assets across global social media, product promotion, and events to ensure high-quality brand presence. Key Responsibilities Social Visual Content: Produce daily visual assets for Flowith’s global social channels (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, RedNote, Discord, etc.), including images, long graphics, and infographics. Campaign & Operations Support: Design assets for websites, landing pages, feature launches, and email marketing (EDM). Product Value Visualization: Deeply understand Flowith’s core features and translate complex technical and product concepts into intuitive visual language. Brand Consistency: Ensure all output maintains unity in visual style, color, and typography within the existing Brand Design System. AI-Enhanced Design Workflow: Explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Figma AI) to improve design efficiency. 作为 Flowith 的视觉执行核心，你将是连接产品价值与用户感知的视觉桥梁。你将紧密配合市场组（Marketing）与产品运营（Operations）团队，将抽象的 AI 技术概念转化为极具吸引力的视觉语言，负责海内外社交媒体、产品推广及运营活动的物料设计，确保品牌在不同渠道的高质量呈现。工作内容：社媒视觉创意：负责 Flowith 海内外社交媒体矩阵（Twitter/X, LinkedIn, 小红书, Discord 等）的日常视觉内容输出，包括推文配图、长图、信息图表（Infographics）等，提升内容的点击率与传播度。运营活动支持：响应产品与增长团队的需求，设计各类线上运营物料，包括但不限于官网 Banner、活动落地页（Landing Page）视觉元素、产品功能宣发海报及邮件营销（EDM）配图。产品价值可视化：深入理解 Flowith 的核心功能，通过视觉设计将复杂的技术逻辑转化为用户易懂、直观的图形语言。品牌一致性执行：在现有品牌设计系统的框架下，确保所有输出物料在视觉风格、色彩与排版上的统一性，维护品牌专业度。 AI 工具流探索：积极探索并应用 AI 绘图与辅助设计工具（如 Midjourney, Flux, Figma AI 等）融入日常工作流，在保证质量的前提下提升设计交付效率。 Strong Design Fundamentals: Proficient in Figma and other mainstream design software; keen sensitivity to typography, color, and composition with high standards. Social Media Design Experience: Experience in tech, SaaS, or well-known agencies; familiar with visual standards and user preferences across global platforms. Basic Motion Design: Ability to produce simple animated posters or social media video assets. Efficient Visual Storytelling: Ability to quickly translate copy requirements into visuals that fit the Flowith style while driving marketing conversion.
