A little about the Communication and Engagement Support Role
This role is fundamental to achieving Jasmine’s mission and objectives by supporting our communication activities across multiple channels. You will develop engaging content, coordinate campaigns, and support internal and external communication efforts. Your role will also involve collaborating with team members to strengthen relationships across the business, enhance our brand visibility, and support engagement initiatives.

Essential Requirements for Communication and Engagement Support:

  • I will have at least one years’ experience in a communication and/or engagement role
  • I will be confident in using graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative studio) to create compelling content
  • I will have experience of delivering engaging, fun, and complex business communications to a diverse audience and be confident in my copywriting skill
  • I will have significant experience of using Wordpress
  • I will have significant experience of managing various digital channels
  • I will live within a 30-minute drive per google maps of the Jasmine Support Hu

Preferred Requirements for Communication and Engagement Support:

  • I will have experience in Photography and Videography
  • I will have experience in paid advertising including but not limited to Google AdWords and Meta Ads
  • An understanding of SE
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

To provide essential support in the development, coordination, and delivery of communication and engagement strategies, ensuring the effective sharing of information both internally within Jasmine and externally. This role will help enhance Jasmine’s brand, improve engagement outcomes, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives that promote Jasmine’s brand, Mission, Aims and Values.
This role involves working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences to ensure clear, effective, and engaging communication across multiple channels. The goal is to foster positive relationships, enhance visibility, and support Jasmine’s Misson and Aims through strategic communication and team member engagement activities.

Day to Day Responsibilities for the Communication and Engagement Support:

  • The creation of imaginative and engaging content to tell the story of our business (written, graphic design, photos, and video)
  • Development and management of the communications plan
  • Ensure all websites are correct and engaging
  • Drive the content and development of all Social Media channels
  • Delivery of various internal communications as required, promoting the businesses mission, aims and values, seeking to continually embed them across the business
  • Identify opportunities to share newsworthy stories across the business
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation
  • Manage internal communications, including the organisations feedback and rewards platforms
  • Oversee all digital advertising, including but not limited to Google AdWords and Meta Ads
