Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

In this role you will coordinate and implement the communication initiatives for Olympic and Paralympic Movements project, and it includes activities like implementing initiatives, managing campaigns, creating and distributing content, improving communication processes, collaborating on strategic decisions, enhancing employer branding, across Allianz Services.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Provide assistance and support to the Global OPM Lead by actively contributing to the OPM project coordination for Allianz Services and global implementation of OPM initiatives across Allianz Services
  • Contribute actively to the overall aligned OPM plan, covering both internal and external communications via internal employee engagement initiatives in alignment with Global OPM Lead, local communicators and People Experience teams
  • Contribute to further building OPM SPOCs community to increase engagement and ownership across Allianz Services locations, as well as engaging with other influencers such as CAN
  • Manages the implementation of the campaigns and actively support the project team in driving employee awareness about the partnership
  • Preparing, compiling and creating content for internal communication, i.e. composing, editing, and producing communications for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, e-mails etc. for the assigned projects
  • Develop and distribute templates and materials on various communication channels
  • Provides input and contribute to improving communications processes to ensure smooth running and more effective results
  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely and transparent communication of strategic and operational decisions
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts with OPM related posts for LinkedIn
  • Act as a consultant on OPM topics within Allianz Services
  • Support with TRACK approval process and submissions
