QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Public Health, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to distil complex information into engaging content.
• Experience in multi-channel communication and strategy development.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care

• Create and implement communication strategies to support our virtual nursing program.
• Craft clear, accessible content for RNs, RACH staff, residents, and their families.
• Tailor messages for newsletters, factsheets, emails, toolkits, posters, and more.
• Adapt quickly to emerging priorities and changes.
• Promote virtual nursing practices and support cultural change through targeted messaging.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams, clinical staff, and external providers.
