What You Will Do

• Develop and lead PR strategy and campaigns for Gensler Middle East, in partnership with office and regional leadership
• Secure media coverage proactively and manage inbound press inquiries, building and maintaining relationships with local and national outlets covering design, real estate, business, and innovation
• Create thought leadership content such as speaking engagement materials, brand publications, website content, and award submissions, and guide its distribution across local channels
• Develop executive communications and positioning for office and practice area leaders
• Serve as a strategic communications partner to clients, ensuring content supports both their goals and Gensler's
• Advise on PR risk and monitor the news cycle as it relates to our work, including outside business hours when needed
• Represent the Middle East in the firmwide public relations community
• Liaise with a firmwide network of public relations staff to develop messaging, regional digital and social media strategy, and initiatives
• Track PR and engagement metrics to inform future strategy
