Exciting position in Global Marketing
We are looking for a motivated Internal Communications Manager. As Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s overall internal communications strategy. The aim of this work is to use communication to help create an inclusive environment of shared understanding and knowledge, making colleagues feel informed and connected with the work of the organization and its mission. You can work from any GF BFS location.

Your primary tasks

  • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
  • Create and deliver compelling internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
  • Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
  • Support our global projects with the development and execution of suitable communications plans to ensure adequate information and engagement of all project stakeholders and target groups
  • Function as the liaison to Corporate Internal Communications, implementing global initiatives on divisional level
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
  • Assist with crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
  • Maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
  • Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture

We expect you to have

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story-telling skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly.
  • Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Master’s Degree in communications.
  • 3+ years at the similar position.
  • Fluent English.
