JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Marketing Manager will plan, produce and manage all direct mail lead generation activities and campaigns for Public Safety and Alternate Care prospects and customers. This includes strategy and planning as well as in-depth campaign analysis and reporting. The Associate Marketing Manager will also help with communication strategy around selected tradeshows.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or
  • College equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Salesforce software experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills and results orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Approximately 1-2 times per year
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage lead generation campaigns for B2B end-user target audiences in a variety of Public Access and Alternate Care vertical markets.
  • Work closely with creative development team, outside vendors, sales management and Sales Development to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy and within budget.
  • Manage direct mail budget including monthly forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign data on a quarterly basis and make strategic recommendations for continually improving effectiveness.
  • Proactively update marketing messaging to customize for various target audiences.
  • Evaluate and create marketing campaigns around industry tradeshows, including pre and post show communications.
  • Collaborate with AED Digital Marketing Manager to align lead generation goals, share insights and coordinate campaign planning.
  • Assist in the management of department Co-ops or Interns.
