Responsibilities IDEMIA Public Security (IPS) is seeking a talented and versatile Corporate Relations Associate to join our team, with a focus on internal and external communications, employee engagement, as well as corporate social responsibility. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing IPS' corporate communications strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering meaningful engagement with our stakeholders across various platforms. Develop internal communications that includes the delivery of on-brand content and messaging for employees through a variety of mediums and channels (i.e.: intranet, email, collateral, video, articles, newsletters, town halls webinars, internal events Draft and edit a wide range of internal and external communications materials, including executive communications, HR communications, corporate announcements, internal newsletters, press releases, etc. Proactively collaborate with the Director of Communications to execute internal communications projects and campaigns that align with, articulate, and support IPS' business goals and values as well as continue to influence a positive culture and engaged workforce Support external communications efforts (i.e. press releases, media advisory, media lists, social media) to ensure consistency with external messaging and strategy, including those affecting company perception and reputation Develop and drive innovative internal communications, programs, and activities to drive employee engagement and corporate social responsibility, including supporting our HR team, Employee Resource Group (ERGs), site leads, CSR leads, etc. Support Corporate Relations Department in the following functions: Communication - Internal and External Government Relations - Federal, State & Local Corporate Social Responsibility International Relations Social Media Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field 1-2 years of experience in communications, corporate relations, or social media management, preferably in a corporate environment Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to taylor messaging for different audiences and platforms Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of independence, energy and integrity, including demonstrated respect for a diversity of opinions and styles Proven ambassador of culture and innovative content and delivery generator
