MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in higher education communications.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead strategic communication initiatives and develop comprehensive communication plans for UCATT’s services, major initiatives, and events across multiple audiences.
  • Create compelling content across multiple platforms, from technical documentation to promotional materials.
  • Lead development and maintenance of internal documentation systems and communication workflow processes.
  • Manage content and events calendar and establish standardized processes for content creation and approval.
  • Assist as communications liaison between UCATT and campus partners, faculty and staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements to leadership.
  • Build and deliver training programs on communications best practices and tools for UCATT staff.
