Responsibilities

THIS ROLE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Supporting internal communications strategy
  • Leading internal events including Town Hall, guest speakers and webinars
  • Maintaining the team supplier list, and research new suppliers as needs arise.
  • Undertaking any other administrative or support duties as identified.
  • Working with the Communications Team to prepare communication materials, work notifications, fact sheets, publications, presentations and display materials to support the Construction Community and Communications Engagement Plan
  • Producing clear and concise content for the intranet
  • Working with designers to update intranet assets and branding as needed
  • Coordinating photography and videography shoots
  • Working in conjunction with the Communications Team to coordinate approval of communication materials
  • Undertaking any other administrative or support duties as identified

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Experience in the construction industry highly regarded
  • Strong personal organisation skills
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team focus
