Role Title: Stakeholder Communications Advisor Location: Blenheim, Marlborough Contract Type: Fixed-Term 6 months (20 hours per week) Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton Hogan The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stakeholder Communications Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis for six months (20 hours per week). This role will support stakeholder communications for a high-profile project in Marlborough, with a strong focus on providing regular updates to the public and transport stakeholders about roading disruptions throughout the project. What you’ll bring to the table Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Customer and Stakeholder Communication Knowledge in transportation or other service-related sectors Current class 1 driver’s licence Role Accountabilities Implement the Principal’s Communications & Engagement Plan (CEMP) and retain evidence of compliance Develop and deliver engagement and communication activities that support efficient and effective operations Manage and respond to queries using the Customer Response Management System Capture and report stakeholder feedback to the principal to inform future communication and engagement Monitor and report performance against agreed assessment criteria and requirements Promptly advise the principal of any matters that may impact their interests Monitor and use appropriate media channels, and coordinate accurate, timely responses Develop and implement a plan to achieve the highest possible standards against KRAs and KPIs Provide accurate, complete documentation to support claims, and maintain timely and accurate system updates Proactively identify opportunities to improve quality outcomes and work with the principal to implement agreed improvements He pai te mahi, he pai ngā painga | Good work, good benefits At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
