Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek an exemplary writer and storyteller who is able to craft a narrative that articulates Intact Public Entities’ value proposition in a competitive marketplace. In this role you will create engaging messaging for our broker and client audiences to help them better understand our value proposition and make Intact Public Entities their provider of choice for the business we write. You are results-oriented, customer-driven and can use stories to help IPE not only succeed, but stand out. Your time management skills, organization, curiosity and tenacity lead you to create solutions that support our goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Support and develop integrated, clear, and concise communication materials and programs for employees, customers and brokers.
  • Ensure all communications support the organization’s brand and image, which is consistent with that image and promotes achievement of the organization’s objectives.
  • Liaise with department directors, managers and staff on the development and execution of communication strategies and deliverables that are creative, effective and reflect high quality work.
  • Oversee requests from various stakeholders and thoughtfully create and edit a wide variety of communication materials (e.g., key messages, communication plans, tactical deliverables, etc.).
  • Provide writing, editing and ongoing maintenance support for all internal and external print and digital assets and presentations.
