As the Workwise Communications Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate about Workwise, both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team through to our frontline staff to create compelling content and ensure our communications are consistent, timely and audience-focused. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a mix of storytelling, digital channels and stakeholder communications, and who wants to make a positive impact through clear, engaging and purposeful communications. Key responsibilities In this role, you will: Create engaging stories and content that highlight the impact of Workwise Manage and support Workwise social media channels, including planning, drafting and scheduling content Coordinate the design and/or production of collateral, as required Support internal communications to our staff, ensuring they are informed and engaged Provide communications support for external audiences, including health agencies, employers and other stakeholders Help maintain a consistent tone, style and messaging across all channels Provide general communications advice and support to Workwise as required About You | Mōu: You’ll bring: Experience working in a communications or marketing role Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences Experience managing or contributing to social media channels Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines A collaborative, proactive and flexible approach Ideally based in Hamilton, Auckland or Wellington and enjoy working from the office Experience in health, wellbeing, public sector or stakeholder‑heavy environments would be an advantage but is not essential.
