ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a hands-on marketeer with a real creative prowess. As a start-up, we want someone who’s willing to lend a hand at other things whilst being an adept Communications and Campaign Manager. Specifically, you will have:

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, campaign management or related roles.
  • A flair for copywriting and storytelling whilst being able to tailer messages for myriad audiences
  • Real experience of managing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, influences, PR, paid media, etc.)
  • Project management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Iterable, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Meta Business Suite exposure
  • Stellar interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate would have (these aren’t essential!)

  • Experience in FMCG, retail or Q-commerce
  • Time spent on paid social advertising
  • Start up experience

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Communications & Campaign Manager will be a creative force that leads the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing communications and campaigns. You’ll drive brand awareness, engage our audiences and deliver measurable results across multiple channels.

Your duties will include, but won’t be limited to:

  • Leading and delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns which include digital, social, PR, and offline channels with an aim of driving growth for the business whilst meeting our wider objectives and goals. This will involve ownership of the full campaign life cycle; from planning to delivery.
  • Support store launches to drive brand awareness and increase customer acquisition.
  • Own and deliver the Central Marketing communications plan, crafting compelling, audience-tailored messaging across channels, overseeing asset production and ensuring consistent brand tone and voice throughout.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and ROI. Equally, leveraging insights to continuously optimise future communications and activity.
  • Maintain and develop effective working relationships with a range of partners, both internally and externally. This includes media partners, influences and external agencies.
