YOUR NEW ROLE LOOKS LIKE THIS:

We’re looking for a dynamic Communications & Content Manager to bring our brand voice to life – for both our people and our valued members.

From crafting compelling stories to streamlining key updates, you’ll make sure our messages land with impact, no matter the channel.
This is your opportunity to influence both our customer and employee experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead Internal Communications – Design and roll out a framework that keeps our people informed, engaged, and aligned with our values, culture, and business priorities.
  • Create Content That Connects – Write, edit, and manage engaging stories and updates across channels: intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, digital signage, and more – including content for key events like town halls.
  • Stay Ahead with Tech – Explore and apply AI tools to create smarter, more personalised content.
  • Own the Comms Calendar – Ensure messages are timely, relevant, and prioritised. Monitor performance and continuously refine for maximum impact.
  • Be the Go-To for Urgent Messaging – Develop a streamlined system to share operational or change alerts quickly and clearly.
  • Collaborate Across the Business – Work closely with People & Culture, Executive Leadership, Marketing, Digital, and Customer teams to deliver consistent, aligned messaging.
  • Engage Our Members – Deliver communication strategies that enhance member experiences, retain customers, and bring our CVP to life.
  • Drive Health Insurance Content Strategy – Create high-impact, content, including our Wellplan Rewards member newsletter andcontent articles, and support customer comms, and nurture journeys.
  • Support Key Projects – Prioritise, plan, and execute communications that meet business goals, reduce noise, and maximise engagement.
