Your next career opportunity As a Communications and Engagement Advisor, you will have the opportunity to support the development and implementation of integrated communication plans that align with the strategic goals of the Corporate Development team. You will gain experience in drafting content, managing website updates, and fostering stakeholder engagement, all while collaborating with University peers to enhance communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and Deliver Communication and Engagement Plans: Develop and implement best practice communication and engagement strategies to support Corporate Development initiatives. Support Stakeholder Engagement: Create effective presentation materials and targeted communications to engage stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate Change Management: Promote benefits, encourage stakeholder buy-in, and support transitions to new working methods. Create Compelling Narratives: Work with the Corporate Development’s Communications and Design Team to ensure message alignment with university-wide programs. You may be a great fit if: You will be an experienced communications professional with a talent for stakeholder engagement, adept at navigating complex environments and delivering impactful communication strategies. You may also: Have work experience in communications or stakeholder engagement and a tertiary qualification in a related field. Possess excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills for diverse audiences. Demonstrate high-level stakeholder management and influencing skills. Be adaptable and agile in navigating complex environments with a proactive approach. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while establishing collaborative relationships.
