As part of your normal duties you will

• Collaborate with management to provide communication support and advice focused on enhancing employee engagement
• Oversee the regular communications cycle, including organising town halls, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
• Utilise various internal media channels to ensure messages are effectively communicated and understood across all levels.
• Lead efforts to enhance local communications and the engagement and wellbeing committee, encouraging colleague participation.
