Responsibilities

A school of Good Samaritan Education, Rosebank College, seeks expressions of interest for the Communications and Engagement Manager position. Reporting to the College Principal, leads the Communication and Engagement and is employed full-time and permanently.
Commencing in January 2026, this role is responsible for providing leadership in developing and promoting the Rosebank College brand, communications, media, events, community engagement, and marketing strategies. The Communications and Engagement Manager is responsible for the Communications and Engagement Team’s leadership, including the Digital and Creative Officer, Events Manager, Community and Engagement Liaison, Administration Assistant (Archives/ Alumni), and Archivist. The Communications and Engagement Manager will work with the team to translate strategies into College-wide campaigns to support the strategic plan, mission, vision, values, and College growth and improvement.
This role works collaboratively with all staff within the College, including students and external stakeholders, media outlets, event groups, parents and carers, students, and alumni groups.
