As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Communications and Marketing Administrator to support our Communications & Marketing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, while contributing to our team’s success.
As a Casual Communications and Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Communications & Marketing Department. You will assist with administrative tasks, manage internal communications, help maintain digital content, and monitor social media platforms.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • GCSE English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with staff and management at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior customer service experience is desirable.
  • Marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide administrative support for inbound enquiries via email and online channels.
  • Manage and guide casual staff on the use of our internal staff communications platform (training provided).
  • Monitor and assist with content management on the company’s social media platforms.
  • Catalogue and maintain the digital asset library, including images and other media.
  • Assist with the drafting, scheduling, and delivery of communications across various channels.
