JOB SUMMARY

EFT Group has been established for over 50 years, however over the last 4 years has seen significant growth in large service contracts and large installation projects. Due to rapid expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing and communications executive to showcase on all media channels what the EFT Group does, from new tenders, to training and social responsibility we need our story out to all!
The ideal candidate is a person who wants to stay and grow with the business over the years to come.
A marketing and communications role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance a brand’s image, increase awareness, and drive customer engagement through all social media channels. Key responsibilities include, creating marketing campaigns, managing brand communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analysing campaign performance. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of consumer behaviour to effectively position the brand in the market. Bid writing could form part of the role so experience would be beneficial.
Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Brand Ambassador: Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition. Reinforce the existing brand positioning.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote the brand.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and brand metrics to inform future strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and media.
Brand Guidelines: Enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,682.24 per year
