ABIS is seeking an innovative and strategic Communications Architect - SMP (Service Management Platform) to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing communication systems that integrate seamlessly with our Service Management Platform. Your expertise will help enhance our communication infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability to support internal and client-facing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technology trends, and develop architecture solutions that align with business objectives. As a Communications Architect, you will also oversee the integration of various communications technologies, such as voice, video, and collaborative tools, to streamline communication across the organization. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive communication architecture solutions for the SMP. Analyze requirements and translate them into effective communication systems. Ensure that communication technologies are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet business needs. Integrate voice, video, and collaboration tools into the existing IT infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving communication efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging communication technologies and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. +15 Years Experince. Proven experience in designing and implementing communication architectures and systems. Strong understanding of communication protocols and technologies (e.g., VoIP, SIP, WebRTC). Experience with Service Management Platforms and IT service delivery processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
