Job Description Job Description Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about writing, project coordination, and brand communication. You will work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and contribute to a variety of projects, from content creation to event planning and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Draft, edit, and format internal memos, press releases, and client communications Assist with the coordination of communication campaigns and initiatives Support the development of brand messaging, presentations, and proposals Conduct research to support strategic communication planning Maintain organized files and documentation related to communication projects Coordinate logistics for communication-related events, meetings, and outreach Ensure consistency of brand language and tone across materials Track and compile communications performance data and feedback Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in a communications, editorial, or support role Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with project coordination and document management tools is a plus Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $55,000 – $59,000 per year Opportunities for professional development and internal advancement Skill-building across writing, strategic planning, and branding Inclusive, supportive work culture with ongoing mentorship Paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive health benefits package
