Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support the development, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays an essential part in strengthening our brand voice, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring seamless communication across projects. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, editing, and distribution of company communications, including announcements, client updates, and internal materials. Support the development of messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Coordinate communication tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow. Prepare written materials such as briefs, reports, presentation notes, and project summaries. Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistency in tone, format, and accuracy. Collaborate with leadership to support communication planning and project coordination. Assist in drafting communication outlines and ensuring they are delivered efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
