Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the communications team and department leads to draft, edit, and distribute clear messaging across various channels. This position is ideal for someone who excels in written communication, project coordination, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and editing internal memos, client correspondence, and official documents. Coordinate interdepartmental communications to ensure alignment across teams. Maintain communication logs and filing systems for messaging, feedback, and follow-ups. Support the development of presentations, reports, and newsletters. Schedule and organize internal meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries. Help ensure all communications comply with brand standards and tone. Respond to general inquiries and manage outbound informational requests. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Professional demeanor and commitment to quality work.
