JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for a talented PR & Communications Assistant for the EMEIA region. In this position you will support the planning and execution of press office functions across the UK and key EMEIA markets — including France, Italy, and the UAE — through close collaboration with external PR agencies in Paris, Milan, and Dubai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the PR team with planning and implementation of communications initiatives across the UK and key EMEIA markets.
  • Coordinate with agencies in Paris, Milan, and Dubai to align on sample management, campaign execution, and media engagement.
  • Manage all sample logistics for editorial, wholesale, and paid projects, liaising with both internal teams and external partners across multiple regions.
  • Maintain and regularly update regional press databases and oversee sample tracking via Fashion GPS.
  • Monitor daily media coverage across UK and oversee EMEIA markets (print, digital, and social), compiling weekly and campaign-specific reports in liaison with global and regional teams.
  • Analyse editorial performance and ensure consistent ROI across EMEIA media partners.
  • Support seasonal press gifting across regions, including list compilation, logistics, and agency coordination.
  • Assist in campaign and product pitching, adapting messages for local markets through collaboration with regional PR agencies.
  • Support communications, press lists, and logistics for seasonal Runway Shows with EMEIA-wide agency input.
  • Manage and track invoices and purchase orders for UK and EMEIA-related PR activity.
  • Provide general support for the day-to-day running of the UK Press Office and overseeing EMEIA offices, including administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
