Organizational Context and Scope In Türkiye’s East, Southeast, and Mediterranean (ESEM) Region, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) implements a wide range of programming aimed at supporting migrants, refugees, and host communities, while contributing to protection, resilience, social cohesion, sustainable livelihoods, and effective migration management. Under the overall supervision of the National Media and Communications Officer (Head of Public Information) in Ankara and direct supervision of the National Communications Officer in Gaziantep, the Communications Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of communication activities and preparing communication and multimedia materials on IOM’s work in the ESEM Region. 
Responsibilities
The Communications Assistant will support the implementation of communication activities and create multimedia materials for IOM's work in the ESEM Region. Responsibilities include managing social media, tracking donor visibility, and producing human interest stories and photo essays.
