JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Communications Assistant to support both our Customer Services and Sales & Marketing teams. EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident telephone manner and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or marketing support role is desirable.

SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:

Microsoft Office Experience- Essential
Microsoft Excel advanced - Desirable
