Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Communications Director and senior staff, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and managing travel. * Drafting, editing, and organizing communications materials as needed. * Contribute to special projects, events, and initiatives to advance the RNC’s messaging and goals. * Organize and coordinate logistical events with other RNC departments. * Oversee and mentor department interns, managing their time and fostering their professional growth. Qualifications * Ability to handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment. * Professionally handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate with team members to support high-level communications initiatives. * Demonstrated interest in Republican communications and a commitment to advancing conservative candidates and causes. * Strong work ethic and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
