As a Communications Associate, you will collaborate closely with various departments, helping to disseminate key messages and promote our initiatives across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization and its initiatives. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases. Assist in the organization and execution of events, campaigns, and outreach programs. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations activities and effectiveness. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Support internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
