LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Bristol & Leeds
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our office site.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Communications Business Partner to join us in the Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) Business Partnering team. Insurance, Pensions & Investments is the growth engine of Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and includes the Scottish Widows brand, our General Insurance business and Investments teams.
Our small, energetic and creative team deliver compelling internal and external communications and campaigns, focused on financial empowerment and supporting the business to help customers secure their tomorrow.
We work closely with in-house and external media, public affairs, digital and internal communications specialists to ensure content is delivered effectively. And we continually think differently and challenge ourselves, to ensure communications are efficient and evolving.
This role will partner with key areas and departments which are critical to driving that growth, providing guidance on internal and external communications activity.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and energy for finding and sharing stories, eagerly follow the news and current affairs agenda and be a trusted communications adviser.
Day to day you’ll
We’re a small team with a broad remit, so there’s plenty of room for stretch and development. Our focus areas include external and media relations to develop LBG’s / Scottish Widow’s reputation as an industry leader, as well as internal communications campaigns to support culture and people plans.
