About the role As Agile Robots continues its global expansion, strong execution and coordination in communications becomes essential. As Communications & Campaign Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing communication activities across channels, markets and external partners. You will work at the interface of strategy and execution — ensuring that campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently and with high quality across regions. In this role, you will not only coordinate communication activities but also actively engage with external stakeholders such as media representatives, partners and agencies, representing Agile Robots in a professional and consistent way. This role requires a structured, hands-on mindset, strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment. Your Responsibilities Plan and execute communication campaigns (e.g. product launches, partnerships, employer branding) and being a contact person for partners or media Translate strategic priorities into actionable communication plans and timelines Coordinate communication activities across global markets Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across regions and channels Plan, coordinate and actively manage social media activities across channels (especially LinkedIn, Website, YouTube) Take ownership of social media planning, editorial calendars and content distribution Ensure consistent and effective execution of social media communication across markets Act as central coordination point for global social media activities Manage and steer external partners and agencies (e.g. PR agencies) Work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, engineering) to align communication initiatives Track and evaluate campaign performance together with analytics Actively support or take over hands-on social media management, if required Essential Skills 3–5 years of experience in communications, campaign management or related fields Strong project management and organizational skills Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners or agencies Strong experience in hands-on social media management and execution Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional digital channels in a global context Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities in parallel Fluent English and German required Structured, reliable working style combined with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Strong proficiency in using AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance campaign execution Beneficial Skills Your Profile What we offer About us Agile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
