Description

We are looking for a communications consultant to drive internal and external communications campaigns and take ownership of out intranet. We seek a strong communications profile who can translate relevant stories and news into engaging content across different platforms. Apart from being a great storyteller, we are searching for a structured profile with strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of a business.
Based at our Copenhagen office, you will play a key role in designing and delivering firmwide communications and coordinating messaging across the business. As part of the communications team, you will work closely with the marketing team, the CEO office, and business stakeholders. You will be at the heart of bringing stories to life through developing news, cases, and campaigns around the impact we make with clients, people, and society. You will also be responsible for driving communications around our social impact initiative, Small Great Nation, which we have in collaboration with Kraka.

QUALIFICATIONS

We imagine that the ideal candidate for this role has recently graduated with a master’s degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent. Additionally, they should have prior experience working with communications and marketing as a student assistant or intern in a large company with a global audience.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and running internal communications and campaigns across the offices in Denmark.
  • Being responsible for operating Deloitte’s intranet.
  • Making talent stories come to life through articles, podcasts, and other formats.
  • Preparing communications for Town Halls and other internal events and activities.
  • Advising stakeholders on communications, including key messages, alignment across geographies and businesses, and channels.
  • Working closely with the Nordic and European communications network.
  • Project leading our social impact initiative, Small Great Nation.
