In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engage our target audiences. You will facilitate the flow of information internally and externally while coordinating various communications initiatives across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and website. Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure alignment of messaging across departments. Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and responding to inquiries. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to promote messages and engage audiences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field. Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to build relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to interpret communication metrics and derive insights.
