Responsibilities Coordinate and manage communication initiatives and campaigns across departments. Draft, review, and edit company materials such as newsletters, press releases, and reports. Support event planning and internal communications to enhance employee engagement. Maintain brand voice and ensure message consistency across all channels. Collaborate with leadership to develop communication strategies that support organizational goals. Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in communications, coordination, or a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
